Interpret diagnostic tests, such as MRIs, CT scans, and angiograms.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Monitor patients' post-operative progress and provide ongoing care and support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
Participate in research, academic activities, and continuing medical education.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Requirements:

Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of residency training in Neurosurgery.
Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery.
State medical licensure and DEA registration (current and unrestricted).
Proven experience as a practicing Neurosurgeon preferred.
Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in neurosurgical techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
